If you received a bill or EOB (explanation of benefits) and have questions, please call our billing company (Synergy Billing Inc) at 630-757-0202. You may send them an email at epicbilling@synergyb.com as well.
Please note that if you call the clinic with your billing questions, we will direct you to the billing company as we do not handle billing on site at our clinic.
