Routine Immunization
At EUFC, we offer and administer vaccines to our patients. We strongly feel that vaccinating children and adults according to the CDC schedule is absolutely necessary to protect all children and young adults.
Dr Patel at EUFC runs VFC – Vaccines For Children program for kids with insurance or no insurance. She highly believes that no children should remain unimmunized because of insurance status.
The Vaccines for Children (VFC) Program helps provide immunization to children whose parents or guardians may not be able to afford them. This helps ensure that all children have a better chance of getting their recommended vaccinations on schedule.
Vaccines available through the VFC Program are those recommended by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP). These vaccines protect babies, young children, and adolescents from 16 diseases.
Who is eligible for the VFC Program?
A child is eligible for the VFC Program at Epic Urgent and Family Care if he or she is younger than 19 years of age and is one of the following:
- Medicaid eligible
- Uninsured
- American Indian or Alaska Native

*** Uninsured pediatric patients between the ages 0-18 years old will be eligible for the VFC (vaccine for children) program. Cost of vaccine administration will be $20 for each vaccine. Office visit charges will be applied.

- Polio
- Pneumococcal vaccine
- Meningococcal vaccine
- Hepatitis A
- Hepatitis B
- MMR
- Hib
- Varicella
- Rotavirus vaccine
- HPV vaccine
- Flu
- Covid vaccines (by appointment only)
