School Physical/Sports Physical
Most Illinois schools require documentation of a physical examination for participation in school, sports and camps. They also require updated vaccinations to avoid contagious illnesses. Goal of this physical is to make sure a student can safely participate in physical education, sports, and extracurricular activities.
Epic Urgent Care can answer that need with our affordable, quick, easy, no-appointment-needed (walk-ins welcome) School/Sports/Camp Physicals. We can even complete School/Sports/Camp Physical during your child’s annual visit.

- Blood Pressure
- Pulse
- Vision Screening
- Musculoskeletal health – range of movement
- Immunization – our Pediatrician or other providers will make sure your child is up-to-date with all school required vaccines in order to start school without any absence. We offer VFC (Vaccines For Children) program to qualified families.
